BLACKPINK’s Jennie takes the stage with The Weeknd in Korea for a live “One of the Girls”

Jennie was on fire with The Weeknd

The beautiful Jennie Kim made a guest appearance on the final night of “Hyundai Card Super Concert 28 The Weeknd” at Goyang Stadium, his first show in Korea in eight years.

The BLACKPINK star joined the Canadian singer for “One of the Girls,” their 2023 collaboration from the soundtrack of HBO’s series The Idol. Showtime was 7:45 p.m. Korean time.

Jennie also thanked her host by his real name: “Thank you so much for having me; thank you, Abel,” she said.

The Goyang dates are the Korean stop of The Weeknd’s ongoing “After Hours Til Dawn” tour. They mark his first performance in the country in eight years.

The concerts were also the 28th edition of Hyundai Card’s “Super Concert” series, which began in 2007. It was the first in three years, since Bruno Mars played Seoul in 2023. Around 110,000 fans attended across the two nights, something really impressive, and of course more after the “RUBY” singer appeared by surprise.

In fact, the idol had the crowd screaming, because of course she is really popular in South Korea, so everybody was amazed by the first public apperiance of the singer in public since the conclusion of her massive solo festival two months ago in Japan.
