BLACKPINK’s Jennie earns second number one hit for KPop on Billboard’s Adult Pop Airplay chart

Her collaboration with Tame Impala reaches the top of the Adult Pop Airplay

BLACKPINK’s Jennie has reached a Billboard milestone thanks to the hit “Dracula,” her collaboration with Tame Impala. The track climbed from #3 to #1 on the Adult Pop Airplay chart in the latest period. This marks the first time either Jennie or Tame Impala have topped that chart, which measures the songs reaching large audiences on adult top 40 radio stations in the United States. The track had long run on the tally, taking exactly 36 weeks to make its way to the summit.

“Dracula” is only the second song connected to an artist mainly known for KPop to lead the Adult Pop Airplay chart. The first song to ever do so was “Golden” from the KPop Demon Hunters soundtrack. The 2025 hit entered the ranking in August last year and finally reached #1 in January 2026, where it stayed for one week. Tame Impala has also previously appeared on the ranking with “Neverender,” a collaboration with Justice that peaked at #33 in 2025. Meanwhile, Jennie charted thanks to “Handlebars,” a collab with Dua Lipa, which debuted at #40 in April 2025.

The success of “Dracula” extends beyond one radio list. The song appears on 17 Billboard charts, as it is classified across pop, rock, dance, and electronic categories. Currently, it leads seven rankings on the Billboard charts. These include Pop Airplay, Adult Pop Airplay, Hot Rock and Alternative Songs, Hot Rock Songs, Hot Alternative Songs, Hot Dance and Electronic Songs, and Dance Streaming Songs.
