BIG BANG is currently celebrating its 20th year in music, with special surprises, including a mini-world tour kicking off in August 2026. However, Taeyang is reflecting on his solo journey and with the rest of the members of the boy band in a special interview with Newsroom.
Taeyang is set to release his fourth album, “QUINTESSENCE,” on May 18, his birthday! He believes it’s a birthday gift for all of the fans who have been riding with him since day one. One of the songs is “Live Fast, Die Slow,” is all about finding your own speed and direction in life, sharing these lyrics is just a deep thanks for his fans, unchanging love.

Taeyang has learned a lot about the music scene by working in it for 20 years. The idol thanked his honest friends and his BIGBANG members for helping him stay strong during tough times.
