Pictures Animation unveiled the first trailer for its first full-length feature: “The Cat in the Hat.” The iconic animated adaptation of Dr. Seuss’ story, starring Bill Harder, will be accompanied by some of the Kpop essence, particularly by BLACKPINK’s Rosé and Bruno Mars.
The new movie will be focused on the Cat, who is an agent of the I.I.I.I. (The Institute for the Institution of Imagination and Inspiration), Who takes the assignment to cheer up two siblings struggling with their move to a new town. Ultimately, the “APT” song by BLACKPINK’s Rosé filled the room with joy for the viewers.
BLACKPINK’s Rosé’s smash song and the Cat’s hilarious, distinctive, and uniquely irreverent style have become part of this amazing journey. The Kpop fans and the K-Netizens couldn’t be prouder of the Kpop representation in a major film. “The Cat in the Hat” will be released in theaters and IMAX across North America on February 27, 2026, and internationally on February 25.
