BTS’ Jimin is still the talk of the town for all the right reasons since he was discharged from his military duties. The idol hasn’t wasted a single moment, but he also wanted to take time to show BTS’ fans, better known as ARMY, appreciation for all the time they wait for him and how they still love him just as.
On June 15 KST, BTS’ Jimin opened up to fans with a series of sincere messages on the fans’ platform, Weverse. The idol wanted to express his deep affection and reflect on how they have been connected with fans during the group’s hiatus that started in 2022.
The idol confessed that he doesn’t want to say “I miss you” too often because the weight of those words might fade. He even recalled that saying “I love you” to his fans may seem small, but in the end, it leads to the word “respect,” and that’s why he loves them and respects them so much through their emotional connection and gratitude.
Sometimes, when I don’t see you for a while, I end up really missing you. But honestly, even I feel distant from you at times. And when that happens, I find myself saying “I miss you” more often. But the more I say it, the less weight it seems to carry, so I hold back. Maybe that’s just part of growing older. It’s strange, isn’t it? Saying “I miss you” has become something so hard to say. But… I do miss you. I miss those days. I just want to see you again with nothing but joy in my heart.
