Kanye West is turning up the heat (again) on his ex-wife, Kim Kardashian, with a cease and desist letter that’s giving off real drama vibes. Sent by his lawyer, the letter accuses Kim Kardashian of leaving their daughter North alone in a car while she hit the 2025 Met Gala red carpet—and that’s just the beginning.

Ye claims his ex-wife has been blocking access to their four kids and exploiting North by posting her on TikTok and using her at high-profile events. Despite Ye’s claims, paparazzi pics from January in Japan seem to say otherwise, as he was photographed with son Saint in January. The pair’s divorce settlement from 2021 grants joint custody, with the rapper obliged to pay $200K in child support.
So far, Kim’s legal team hasn’t clapped back at the accusations. This custody drama comes hot on the heels of Ye’s controversy due to his music. Last month, he released “Cousins,” a track where he details an incestual relationship with a male cousin. Most recently, he dropped “Heil Hitler,” a controversial song praising the German dictator.
