“APT” is currently one of the most streamed songs globally on Spotify and YouTube. Although music videos are now a thing of the past, Rosé has decided to prove she can still pull up numbers on YouTube and break tens of records on the platform.

On January 19, Rosé and Bruno Mars’ music video for their smash song, “APT” surpassed 900 million views on YouTube. The song was released on October 18, 2024, meaning it took approximately 92 days and 15 hours to hit the milestone.

Ultimately, the “APT” music video became the fastest Kpop music video to surpass the milestone and break the previous record of 144 days set by PSY’s 2012 hit “Gangnam Style.” In addition, “APT,” has become the fifth fastest music video ever to reach the milestone. Congratulations to Rosé on her impressive new record.
