A few hours ago, some news emerged that worried fans around the world, and his agency BIGHIT Music responded to the rumors and confirmed BTSJimin was really scammed by a Korean comedian who asked him for a huge sum of money.

In recent declarations, the comedian Lee Jin Ho confessed he has a gambling addiction and scammed celebrities, including the BTS member. Later, South Korean media outlets revealed the idol lent him ₩100 million KRW or about $74,100 USD in 2022.

When this news arose, the agency behind Jimin told the media, News1, that this report was true, stating, “Jimin indeed suffered financial damage. All he did was write a promissory note and lent it to Lee Jin Ho“, shocking fans and netizens worldwide.
