Camilla Parker and King Charles III have been officially crowned in Scotland, having a private celebration attended by Kate Middleton and Prince William.
The 75 year old Queen Camilla wore a strange outfit for this ceremony and it is all about the robes of the Order of the Thistle, including the star and the necklace that had belonged to the late Queen Elizabeth II, with this outfit apparently the Queen wanted to honor Scotland in this celebration. However, the strangest piece of her attire was an exclusive velvet hat with an imposing white feather at the end.
In this new coronation, Queen Camilla Parker did not want to opt for her coronation dress of last May 6, but used this strange ceremonial attire adorned for Scottish activities. King Charles III and Prince William also wore the robes of the Order of the Thistle, although they did not have the white feathered hat for this ceremony.
Although Queen Camilla Parker’s attire was odd, in the end the two monarchs of the United Kingdom sealed their second coronation by receiving the Honors of Scotland at a National Service of Thanksgiving held at St. Giles Cathedral.
