Kate Middleton and Prince William are two of the most beloved and respected members of the Royal Family so it is not surprising that they are constantly being praised by the British people, especially for their charity work. However, they are currently receiving a lot of praise for their outstanding culinary skills.
On July 5, the royal couple participated in an event to commemorate the 75th Anniversary of the National Health Service (NHS) with the help of Alice Fevronia, a former finalist of ‘The Great British Baking Show’. The Prince and Princess of Wales joined Alice and surprised the NHS staff and patients with their amazing baking skills.
During the event, Kate and William helped decorate some cupcakes and added the topper to the biggest cake of the celebration. In addition, Alice herself told People magazine that everyone was surprised by the couple’s culinary skills although she confesses that Kate is slightly better at it:
“The prince’s piping skills were less good than the princess’s, shall we say. They were just having a fun time and there was a real sort of sense of excitement and I think shock when the Prince and Princess walked into the marquee.”
Once again, Kate Middleton and Prince William have shown why they are two of the most beloved members of the royalty and it is safe to say that their reign as the future sovereigns of the United Kingdom already looks promising.
