Adele is well-known for being a reserved person but the 34-years old British singer is back in the spotlight after rumors of a possible engagement sparked online. It looks like the megastar and Rich Paul, a 41-years old American sports agent, are ready to take a step further in their relationship.
The billionaire and entrepreneur has reportedly given Adele a luxurious diamond engagement ring. According to jewelry experts, the exotic piece is valued at approximately $600,000 due to its 8 carat diamond at the center.
This is what expert gemologist Alexandra Michel had to say about the gemstone:
“It is D color and IF clarity, the price would easily exceed half a million dollars. You can see an 8-carat pear-shaped diamond mounted on a delicate platinum band with a simple 4-notch grip. A beautiful design in which the large pear-shaped diamond stands out”
Even though the wedding has not been confirmed yet, it is likely that the official announcement will be made in the next few months. The singer told ELLE Magazine in an interview that her dream is to build a family with Paul and raise their children together.
According to sources close to the couple, there are plans to have a private ceremony this coming summer, where only family members and close friends would be able to attend.
