From the moment Prince Harry and Meghan Markle decided to leave the British Royal Family, there are fans who support them and others who do not, but Meghan’s sister is one of the people who are against the decisions made by the Duke and Duchess of Sussex.
Meghan Markle’s sister assured that her sister is “a liar“. In 2021, Meghan did a controversial interview with Oprah, to which Samantha Markle assured that what Meghan said were lies and that her reputation was completely ruined because of it.
This has led to a defamation lawsuit by Samantha towards Meghan, where she is asking for around $72,500 dollars for damages. Apart from that, Samantha wants Meghan to make 39 separate admissions, including one that asks her to say that the royal family is not racist.

Given this situation, Samantha demanded that Prince Harry be called to court to testify against his wife, as they want him to participate in the video and sworn deposition proceedings. It is believed that everything will be done by the end of this month.
But not everything seems to be so easy, Meghan Markle’s lawyer, has demanded that the case be dismissed, as the demands would have nothing to do with the defamation case. Even so, Samantha’s lawyer claims that the Duchess of Sussex wants to hide evidence and obstruct the investigation of evidence.
