The Crown, one of the most popular shows in Netflix has captured everybody’s attention for recreating a really disgraceful conversation that happened between the actual King of the United Kingdoms, Charles III, and his actual wife, Queen Consort Camilla Parker, that made the late Queen Elizabeth II, really upset.
Within the premiere of the 5th season of the show, The Crown relates the life of the British Royal Family through the years, in one scene of an old conversation from King Charles and Camilla was shown, from their lovers-time, and that made Queen Elizabeth really angry because of how “disgraceful” it was for all the family and how it damaged the Queen’s public image. But, what really happened?
It was year 1993, a british media published the transcription of a conversation, quite bawdy, that happened in 1989 between Charles III and Camilla, in which he lewdly mentioned his sexual intentions towards his then lover, since at that moment, he was married with Princess Diana.
Charles told Camilla via phone that he wanted “To be her tampax to be inside of her“. And when the conversation went published, Charles was completely ashamed and the Queen Elizabeth was really dissapointed by his acts.
Even though The Crown causes shock among the viewers when they remember these uncomfortable. It is a fact that the show tries to reflect the life of the Royal Family in the most real way possible, making the fans follow the series faithfully after 5 seasons.
