Details of Angelina Jolie’s countersuit filed last Tuesday against Brad Pitt for alleged mistreatment of her family by the actor in 2016 were released, documents obtained by ‘Page Six’ indicate.

Although there were rumors of what happened that day, thanks to the documents obtained we can know Angelina’s version where she accuses her ex of mistreating two of her children, as well as her on the private plane where they were traveling.
According to the documents, it is indicated that Angelina accuses Brad of having grabbed one of her children by the neck and hit another of them in the face; besides having grabbed her by the head and shaking her.
Subsequently, the actor allegedly poured beer on the actress, as well as beer and wine on her children.
Angelina Jolie also says she tried to stop the actor by grabbing him from behind, however, “to get Jolie off his back, Pitt threw himself against the seats of the plane, injuring Jolie in the back and elbow,” according to the report.
The actress also refers that her children intervened in the argument to defend her, begging their father to stop but he allegedly reacted violently by attacking two of them, “some of the children begged their father to stop,” the lawsuit says.
This incident allegedly occurred after the actor allegedly drank alcohol and hit the roof of the plane, subsequently shaking Jolie’s head saying, “you’re f*cking with this family.”
Recall that in September of that year, Brad Pitt was investigated by the FBI for alleged child abuse due to that incident, however, no charges were filed against the actor.

After the details that appear in the lawsuit were released, sources close to the actor spoke out and pointed out that the Brad did not assault his children.
“She continues to make up, revise and reimagine the description of an event that happened six years ago, adding completely false information every time she doesn’t get what she wants.
Her story is constantly evolving,” a source close to Brad told Radar Online.
In July 2022, Angelina won the legal battle against Brad in their dispute over a French vineyard.
