The Barbadian singer will have to assume a great demand along with her makeup brand ‘Fenty Beauty’.
The federal commission on the rights of minors in India has accused Rihanna and her team of child abuse. The reason has not yet been fully clarified but it is said that the singer used several infants for a photo shoot in order to advertise her makeup brand on the Asian continent.
But, according to The Guardian, a complaint filed by Vinay Joshi of the Human Rights Observatory was submitted to the National Commission for the Protection of Children’s Rights of India (NCPCR) for them to investigate whether the makeup brand
“Rihanna’s Fenty Beauty” obtained and used mica derived from the exploitation of children in India, who may have been forced into child labor to obtain the raw material for this cosmetic brand.
If this is confirmed, the NCPCR would be obliged to initiate legal action against the makeup brand of the Barbados singer.
For now, the artist will have to assume the enormous demand together with her team of lawyers for both her image and those of her brand ‘Fenty Beauty’
How Rihanna and her team react to the lawsuit is not yet known. But for now, you will have to take it up as you could face higher charges if your team of lawyers does not give a specific statement on the matter.
